CHICAGO — REFUND POLICY

Reservations: Cancellations made at least 48
hours in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows will
be converted to a credit toward a future visit.
All sales are final for Pride events, New Year's
Eve, private buyouts, and ticketed events — no
refunds or credits will be issued for these.

Merchandise: We accept refund or
replacement requests only for items damaged in
shipping or missing from your order. Claims
must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days
to your original payment method, or we can
arrange a replacement if preferred. All other
sales are final.
